WOW, this was really a very good read. I was very surprised, I think the cover kind of threw me off. I wasn't expecting something so........emotional, heartwarming, suspenseful, painful, loving, and.......SWEET!!!  I KNOW, Right!! That's a lot going on but it works.

Bella and Lilah, broken and scared, definitely in need of a hero. Jackson is hot and protective, he is just EVERYTHING. Bella is running from something and Jackson adamant to find out what.....or who.

Trusting no one, reluctant Bella is determined to not need or accept help from anyone gives in and bond with next door neighbor, Brenda and finally Jackson, getting the family she and Lilah deserves.

Yes, this book has an HEA....OMG it better because NO ONE deserves the life Bella and Lilah had before.

The author even threw in a BIG twist........

BTW, if you are looking for constant hot sex in every other chapter, look somewhere else this book doesn't have it. Bella and Jackson don't do the deed until about 75% into the book but that doesn't take away from the story, it just makes it feel more real. GREAT Story.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four-inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
