Okay, I need to get it off my chest.....
It's been a long time since I truly did not like a book. Usually, I find something I like, rather it's the main couple or at least one of them, the hot sex.....something. I did NOT find anything but confusing and unlikable characters. Where is the romance? I am so not buying what the author is selling in this book - Amara, 22 yrs old, is "forced" to sign a 2 yr contract to be an "ESCORT" (in Paris) to payoff her father's $10M gambling debt and pay for her dying mother's cancer treatment. That's a lot of "escorting"!! I am rolling my eyes as I write this. Needless to say, I had to move on from this series and I will not be revisiting it, ever.
