Let me start by saying.......Reed - 6'4, 250 lbs, thrusting thighs and a country boy/cowboy. Kori - this chick cries at a drop of a dime. Can we PLEASE halt the waterworks?! I was a slightly annoyed, as I've said before I can be a little hard sometimes but I don't feel that was the case this time. I did love Reed's interaction with Rhett. Rhett was adorable. A couple of "incidents" happened to Kori and it was never fully explained, one of my main complaints is that events were added without really playing it out or tying it together. 
At about 75% we got Reed's POV, however I felt I never really got to KNOW him. I wanted to loved them as a couple but something was missing. I wasn't able to fully enter into their world or relationship.
The ending......How in the world do you leave someone hanging like that? Mid-conversation. REALLY?? It took a second for me to realize I was finished. Let me explain...it has a HEA with a teaser for the next book, even though at the time I was not interested in Maria and Gavin (Maria is Kori's BFF). I was totally enjoying my moment with Reed and Kori, and I was left bewildered and slightly unsatified......enjoyable story and we got a Smoking Hot Cover!!
