After years of dancing around each other, Ben and Olivia finally get their one night together before he is deployed on a nine month assignment. The chemistry is definitely there between the two and you' ll get a side order of mystery and suspense.
Of course, unexpected situations happen to both and they must work their way back to each other. Ben was a little slow on the uptake and you might want to give him a swift little kick but all will end well. I really loved Ben and Olivia together, she has a strong-will personality but it's not overkill. He is possessive and a little bossy, which is a great combination.
The only thing that concerned me was the story behind the story....it didn't feel right to me, I didn't feel it was believable or that it went with the main storyline. Anyway......that's just me and it didn't stop me from reading the book in one sitting. The story was interesting, the characters were great and it's always a plus when you can't wait for their reunion.
