#BETEMPTED AND READ WHERE IT ALL STARTED WITH THE FIRST 5 BOOKS IN THE #TEMPTED SERIES!
Let me start by saying I did not read any of the previous books. In the authors' notes she states that this book can be read as a standalone. I agree you can read this book as a standalone and follow what's happening.......but I don't think you will be totally invested in the characters if you don't read the other books in the series first.
I was disconnected from the characters and couldn't feel the happiness, anguish, pain & regret flowing through this story. However, it is entertaining and made me very curious about each couple's plight.
This book has a lot to digest.......five men and their women, their lives, past and current events.......ALL CONNECTED. At one point, I had to jot down who belonged to who so I wouldn't get confused. Again, I say READ THE SERIES FIRST before tackling this one.
Overall this book is a highly entertaining read. I think it's a must read for followers of the series.
